All products and services offered by SEO Monks are delivered digitally. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Content files
  • Development files or access credentials
  • Tool access details
  • Wikipedia drafts or submission updates
  • Any other digital deliverables

No physical items are shipped.

Delivery Timeline

The delivery timeline varies depending on the service purchased. General delivery guidelines:

  • Website Development: Delivered in phases, timeline shared individually

Delivery Method

All digital services and reports are delivered through one or more of the following:

  • Email
  • Client dashboard (if applicable)
  • Shared cloud folders (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)

The client must provide a valid email address and ensure they can receive our communication.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery, the client must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Respond to requests for details or clarifications
  • Check email (including spam/junk folder) for updates
  • Keep login credentials active for platforms where service is delivered

Delays caused by missing information or late responses are not our responsibility.

Non-Delivery Claims

A service is considered “delivered” once:

  • The client receives the digital deliverable via agreed channel
  • We provide proof of completion
  • A report, link list, or access is shared
